Tucked away on a quiet residential street in San Diego’s historic Point Loma, The Gathering Place is more than a place to stay, it’s a thoughtfully curated space where friends and family can slow down, reconnect, and savor everything this iconic coastal city has to offer.

From spacious, light-filled interiors to a backyard made for memory-making, this home was designed with togetherness in mind.

The home comfortably accommodates up to nine guests with three full bedrooms plus a bonus playroom that doubles as a cozy fourth sleeping space.

Primary Suite: A true retreat. California king bed, private ensuite bathroom, sitting area, walk-in closet, and smart TV, ideal for late-night movies or a quiet morning coffee.

Bedroom Two: Twin-over-full bunk with plush bedding, dresser, and closet. Perfect for siblings or cousins to pile in.

Bedroom Three: Queen bed, a curated reading nook, and a sunlit sitting area. Simple, serene, and spacious enough for adults or teens.

Bonus Room / Playroom: Accessible from the backyard, this flexible space includes a pull-out double bed. Whether used as a quiet escape or extra guest room, it adds versatility to your stay.

Pet Policy and Approval Process: We welcome pets at our property! Please note there is a pet fee of $250 per pet. This fee helps us ensure the home remains in top condition for all guests. Thank you for your understanding!

Smoke-Free Environment: We maintain a strict no-smoking policy on the premises. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping The Main Attraction smoke-free.

Unauthorized Guests and Events: There is a strict zero-tolerance policy for unauthorized guests, parties, or gatherings on the property. Any violation of this policy, including the presence of unauthorized individuals or the hosting of events without prior written approval from the property owner, will result in immediate action, including contacting local law enforcement. The reservation will be terminated without a refund, and the guest may be held responsible for any damages or legal consequences.


Security and Surveillance: For the safety and security of the property, outdoor cameras are installed and in operation at all times. These cameras are located on the exterior of the property and do not monitor any interior spaces. Any attempt to tamper with, disable, or obstruct these cameras will result in the immediate termination of the reservation without a refund. Additionally, the guest may be subject to legal action for any damages or tampering with security equipment.

Community Consideration and Quiet Hours: Large groups or parties may not align with the respectful and harmonious atmosphere we aim to maintain for our neighbors. Please note that quiet hours are observed between 10 pm and 10 am.

Safety Device Notification: If you notice any issues with the smoke or carbon monoxide detectors, please notify us immediately.

Property Safety and Security: Before setting out on adventures beyond the property, ensure that all doors, windows and gates are securely locked.

Fire Safety Reminder: For your safety, please refrain from leaving plug-in heaters on when you're not on the premises, as they pose a significant fire hazard.

Energy Conservation: To help conserve energy, kindly turn off all lights and the AC when you're not on the premises.
