Each bedroom features a queen bed, soft layered bedding, and a dedicated workspace, making it easy to settle in whether you're here to work or unwind. The bathrooms are clean and modern, offering ample counter space and storage, along with full tubs and showers.



Enjoy the comforts of central heating and air conditioning, a cozy fireplace, in-unit laundry, and a fully stocked kitchen for effortless living. One garage parking space is included, and an additional reserved spot is located directly across the street for easy access.



Guests enjoy access to the community pool, hot tub, and tennis courts just steps from the front door. The garage is stocked with boogie boards, beach chairs, pickleball gear, tennis rackets, and more - perfect for a short drive to the coast and a day in the sun.



Please note, no pets allowed. Kindly refrain from wearing shoes on the carpet. This is a calm, well-appointed space designed for comfort, convenience, and a touch of luxury.

• Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.
