This house is an adorable mid century modern home with 1 bedroom, 1 office, kitchen, bath and living room upstairs, and 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with enormous soaker tub, and a garage downstairs. There is a cute yard and a wonderful deck outside, as well as a partially covered deck off the downstairs bedroom. There are views of the bay, Oakland and the lovely Bernal Hill. The house is flooded with light that beckons you out the french doors to enjoy your coffee, sandwich or just a breath of fresh air on the deck or in the garden. Come and enjoy the best of Bernal!

There is a full size washer and dryer available. There is ample street parking available in the neighborhood.

No children allowed. We will allow one dog under 35 pounds with an additional $100 monthly pet fee.

We offer WiFi, but there is no TV in the home.

Central heating, but no AC.

There is a $300 Management Fee that is charged with the booking. This covers any utilities that go over $150 per month. If the bill does not go over $150 per month during your stay, this money will be refunded upon check out.

Guests have access to the home and backyard.

I have a property management company that is available for any questions or emergencies.

Bernal Heights is truly a community. People are friendly and look out for each other. Nevada Street should be renamed Sesame St! If you walk up the hill to Jarboe, it is a flat walk to Cortland, where you can buy almost everything you need. There are so many hidden staircases and the architecture is eclectic and charming. There is easy access by foot or bike or public transportation to the rest of the city. The weather is some of the best in SF!

There is a bus line that runs on Cortland Ave that is a short walk. Parking in the neighborhood is fairly easy with no restrictions other than street sweeping days, but no permit is required.

Booking this home, you will be required to sign a lease.
- No parties or events of any kind are allowed here
- Out of respect for our Neighbors: Quiet Hours are between 10pm - 7am
- No shoes inside (flip flops, slippers, socks are fine)
- No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises (go to the front curb outside or at least 15 feet from any dwelling)
- Turn off lights, TV, heater, & stove when not in use
- The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults listed in your reservation.
- One pet allowed with prior authorization and fee
- Conserve water, California is currently in a drought
- Recycle & Compost if there are receptacles in the unit
- Please consume or take all leftover food. Extra food beckons little critters and bugs!
- No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property.
- Please only deposit toilet paper in the toilets (no baby/adult wipes, floss, tampons, etc...)
- Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy.
- A late check-out fee will be applied for check-outs as this will affect our cleaning team and following guests.
- On check-out, please be sure to lock the door.
- During your stay of 30 days or more. If utilities (water, trash, electricity & gas) go over a total of $150, you will be requested to pay the difference if it is excessive. You can avoid high charges by turning off lights, heaters, electronics and the stove when not in use. Recommend wearing layers.

- Please be aware of your energy usage, especially during peak hours which are between 4-9pm each day. Be sure to turn off lights and heat when you are leaving. Run the dishwasher, washer and dryer (if applicable) during non peak hours. We appreciate guests helping to conserve energy.
- Mail and packages cannot be delivered to the home during your stay. If you need something delivered to you, there are mail centers in the area that can receive and hold packages for you. We are not responsible for any packages delivered, before, during or after your stay.
- Must be 25 or older to book the home
- No guns, firearms or any weapons allowed
- Bookings 30+ nights a lease is required to be signed
