While there isn’t a full kitchen, we’ve included a Keurig coffee maker and microwave for your convenience, along with a small dining table for two—perfect for light meals or enjoying your morning coffee.



The Space:

Welcome to your Marina District retreat! This thoughtfully designed studio is perfect for travelers who value comfort, convenience, and a touch of charm. The main living area features a versatile Murphy bed that folds up to maximize space during the day, creating a spacious feel in this cozy studio. While there’s no full kitchen, you’ll find a Keurig coffee maker and microwave, plus a quaint dining nook for two—ideal for light meals or planning your day’s adventures over a morning coffee.



Step outside to enjoy our shared garden, a peaceful little oasis with a bistro set where you can unwind in the fresh air. With its bright, open layout and practical amenities, this space has everything you need for a relaxing and memorable stay in the heart of San Francisco’s Marina District.



NOTE: A family with children live upstairs and you may hear them wandering around from time to time.

You will have a door code for the electronic locks to access the studio anytime during your stay.

If you prefer walking, many iconic spots – like the Presidio and the Marina Green – are right at your doorstep. Rideshare services are also readily available in this area for a quick lift to any destination in the city.



For those interested in biking, there are bike rentals nearby, and the scenic bike path along Marina Green offers a beautiful way to explore the waterfront and reach the Golden Gate Bridge. There is no parking provided. We recommend avoiding having a car in San Francisco if you can, street parking can be found, but you may find yourself walking a few blocks. Be sure to read street signs for various restrictions.



Your Host, Debra, lives on-site and is often in the garden or may be using the laundry machines which you are welcome to use during your stay as well.
