King Bed Studio w/ Full Kitchen in Lower Haight

This stylish studio, hosted by Elliott, is the perfect stay for leisure and work trips. In 600 sqft full of goodness, you will find tons of natural light, a fully stocked kitchen, king bed, dedicated workspace, dining area and virtually the best location for visiting SF. There are plenty of restaurants, bars and parks within walking distance. Centrally located with tons of public transportation, and easy access to downtown, Northbeach, SOMA and all tourist hotspots. Free Parking

It is east of the more famous Haight-Ashbury, which is also known as the Upper Haight. The name derives from the significant elevation change as Haight Street climbs steeply from Scott Street to Buena Vista Park.

The area straddles a shallow valley between Mint Hill and Upper Haight, sloping down from Oak Street (north) toward Duboce (south). Duboce Park, toward the corner of Duboce and Scott, is a grassy park containing a children`s playground, dog park, and the Harvey Milk Recreational Arts Building.

Adjacent neighborhoods include the Western Addition/Alamo Square to the north; Duboce Triangle to the south; Hayes Valley to the east; and the Upper Haight to the west.

This space comes with tandem parking, and it is very close to several bus lines and metro rails.

Please note that the stairs just inside your studio heading down lead to an alternative Emergency Exit for you. It is locked so that no one from below can enter this way You are self contained.

The stairs leading up are an additional emergency exit and lead to the roof. Our insurance does not allow us to share the roof deck with guests at this time, and this egress should be used only in the event of an emergency.
We do not accept children under 12 and they are not accommodated.

Valid government issued Photo ID is required and can be requested prior to check in or during your stay.

Guests are not allowed on the roof or fire escapes for any reason unless there is an evacuation emergency.

Please do not park in the garage AT ANY TIME, unless you have been given parking instructions by us. We share the garage with neighbors.

As we share the building with neighbors, and our home with guests, we ask that quiet time begin at 9 PM, with no loud music after that time.
There is NO SMOKING of any substances in the house, on the balconies, or on the property outside.

Smoking of any substances inside or outside will result in a $500 fine.

The fireplace is not an included amenity and cannot be used. There is a $500 fine that will be levied for any use of the fireplace at any time.
