The house is my primary residence and I rent out the house to guests when I travel. Guests have access to all three levels of living space above the ground level, plus laundry room downstairs on the ground level. Other rooms on the ground level (furnace, gym and storage) are not for guests, including the garages (one garage possible for guest use if needed). Double curb cut allows parking of a very large SUV curbside next to the house.

The house has all new high end furniture and Thermador appliances. Master suite has a queen sized bed, two closets and an ensuite bathroom. Guest room #1 has a Queen bed, ensuite bath and walk in closet. Guest room #2 has two Twin XL beds and two walk-in closets, and shares bathroom with either Guest room #1 or #3 upstairs in the penthouse. Guest room #3 (the penthouse) is on the top floor with its own dedicated bathroom and a study next to it. Study has one Twin XL bed and desk. Brand new wrap-around patio has terra cotta garden and offers sweeping view of Sutro Tower, Golden Gate Park, the Pacific Ocean and the Golden Gate Bridge. Two folding beds are stored in master bedroom closet and can be set up to accommodate additional guests. Laundry room in the basement, next to two garage (side by side).

The house is ideal to accommodate 6 co-workers/friends, or a large extended family with couples in the group.

Recently completed all new landscaping, backyard deck and top floor patio, both perfect for outdoor hangouts.
