The apartment is located on the ground level, and has large windows that face north with an unobstructed view. Full kitchen with all the amenities to enjoy a full meal or a cup of coffee or glass of wine. The bedroom has a queen size bed and plenty of storage space and a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
There is also an outdoor area if you want to sit outside and relax to enjoy the San Francisco weather.
Full size washer and dryer are in the unit.
Street parking only. Please note the apartment is on a steep hill so you can enjoy the full San Francisco experience.

Less than one mile you can be at two great parks, Glen Canyon Park and Twin Peaks. Both have great walking/jogging trails. Noe Valley has several great restaurants, bars, shops, nail/hair salons and local coffee shops.
Having a car is best, parking can be found usually within 1-2 blocks from the apartment depending on the time of day. Uber/Lyft and taxis will all pick up in the area. Buses are about 0.5 miles from the apartment if using public transportation.

We do live upstairs and have a shoes off policy, if we are making excessive noise, feel free to reach out via the platform and let us know.
The backyard is shared with us but feel free to hang out there until 9pm.

Renting this unit means that you agree not to use the network for illegal or abusive activities - No shoes inside (flip flops, slippers, socks are fine) - No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises (go to the front curb outside or at least 15 feet from any dwelling) - Turn off lights, TV, heater, & stove when not in use - The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. - One pet allowed with prior authorization and fee - Conserve water, California is currently in a drought - Recycle & Compost if there are receptacles in the unit - Please consume or take all leftover food. Extra food beckons little critters and bugs! - No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. - Please only deposit toilet paper in the toilets (no baby/adult wipes, floss, tampons, etc...) - Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy. - A late check-out fee will be applied for check-outs as this will affect our cleaning team and following guests. - On check-out, please be sure to lock the door. - During your stay of 30 days or more. If utilities (water, trash, electricity & gas) go over a total of $150, you will be requested to pay the difference if it is excessive.
