I've stayed at this hotel once before, and it was overall a great experience. However, this time around, it was set in stone that I will not stay here again. To start, the room I was given had a broken AC unit - the room was uncomfortably warm and dry, and when I tried turning the cooling on, it would shut off after a few minutes and make the room warm and dry again. On top of that, there was a leak coming from the light right above the toilet in the bathroom. We were given another room, but I don't believe I should've been offered that room in the first place due to these issues. I also want to mention, the sink is insanely small - I can't use it without splashing everywhere because it is literally the size of a rubiks cube. I can only hope your experience staying at this hotel is better than mine...
