A wonderful family vacation spot!
The house was really perfect for our needs! A great neighborhood - quiet but with whatever we needed in walking distance. A lovely beach right around the corner. The kitchen was super and the beds all comfy!

Third vacation in Puerto Rico
The size of the property was great. The distance from the beach was fine. We enjoyed all the kitty cats around the property. The inside needs a little bit of improvement especially the dishwasher. I can’t say enough good things about Anna. She responded to us within 30 minutes every time we called Broda plumber to fix a toilet, brought a carpenter to fix some of the broken wood around the pool which should all be replaced, my granddaughters love the pool the greenery around the pool is very scenic and comforting the Uber service to and from downtown in San Juan was fine. A good family place.

Loved, loved, loved this house!! Great location and great community. We four women, ages 58-68 felt more then comfortable/safe staying in this house and location. Our host provided tons of info on the area and was more then helpful with any questions we had. Anna (property manager) was the BEST !!! Beds were sooooo comfortable. We loved having the plunge pool and spent our early mornings drinking coffee and our late afternoons having cocktails there. As stated in the description everything you may need was in walking distance of the house. The bakery located downtown is a MUST !!! If you are looking for a great PR experience this is the place.

Birthday trip
This house is great for large groups. We all walked to the beach (literally steps away) every morning. The gated neighborhood is super nice and safe to walk in the evening. If you order food or use Uber services the main gate is on Calle mcleary or Calle Tapia (same gate). Otherwise they’ll go to gates that are always locked for vehicle traffic. We will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful location
The property was in a great location, right near the beach. Within walking distances to basically anything you might need. The house was beautiful, well cared for. Fit our family very comfortably. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!!!

The house was a perfect fit for our family. The plunge pool came in handy and it was nice being so close to an amazing beach. Also, the neighborhood was very friendly and it was very easy to get an Uber at any time. We were in Puerto Rico for a family wedding, so there were quite a few activities that we had to take part of in the five nights we were there so unfortunately, we were not able to use Sergio's services. I did touch base with him and he was very responsive, but it was just too difficult to put something together. We will definitely be contacting Sergio on our next trip back to Puerto Rico and we would love to stay at your place again. My whole family sends their best. Thanks again. Jim

Great area and stay
With the 4 bedrooms, multiple beds , it made it very comfortable . Two of the rooms shared a Jack and jill bathroom and the other two had a bathroom in one and a bathroom attached to the other room. The area is great for walking and finding nearby restaurants , coffee shops , beaches and some bars . We loved going to Numero uno and sitting on the bean bags ( a short walk away) We ate breakfast and lunch and drinks . Food was good, service was fine and great ocean views. We liked that beach better than going to the one outside of the complex gates ( across from the soccer fields ) We loved going to pinkies for breakfast and coffee. I think it was the best coffee I had gotten down here ( dairy free milks, too) it’s a small place so you need to be patient ( it’s worth it ) The pool at the house was great for the kids. It is small but it has jets and it’s great to cool off We also had great home cooked meals even without an oven . There is a market that has everything you need and a liquor store attached . Ana was very available and accommodating . We had lost internet for the last 3-4 days and she made numerous attempts to get it back . It was ultimately out of her control. In the house every room has its own AC unit which was really nice. The beds were okay ( I’m very picky .. everyone in the house was happy with their beds ) we really had an amazing time.. thank you Ana !!

Great location, super clean!
This place was great overall! There was plenty of space for our group of 10 young adults. We were literally a 1 minute walk to the beach, and the small pool was super nice to relax in after. The place was clean and stocked with everything you’d need (sunscreen, towels, beach chairs). We loved the outdoor shower, the big grill, and the open living room/ kitchen. Would definitely recommend!

House was a great central location
Worked out for a family’s vacation. Age one to senior years. Could use a few upgrades, dishwasher and only microwave/convection oven. I could not speak highly enough regarding communication with the property manager, Ana. House was very clean, when there are two young children crawling on the floor and there knees were clean, made me extremely satisfied!

Wonderful stay with young children
We never would have guessed that our favorite part of our trip would be the little swimming pool. The grandchildren could have stayed in it all day! And we were also close to the beach and in a safe and clean neighborhood. We would happily come again.

Exceeded My All My Expectations!
This house was perfect for our large family. We had 7 adults and 5 kids and had plenty of room to spread out. The location was perfect, just steps from the beach. The house had plenty of beach towels and chairs for us to use. The pool was fabulous for the kids. They loved it and used it almost every night. The pool area was also a great place to enjoy our morning coffee. The neighborhood was safe and quiet, plenty of parking and close to lots of great shopping and restaurants. We loved that the house had a washer and dryer since we had kids clothes to wash. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything you could possibly need and we were able to cook breakfast every morning. The large dining table allowed everyone to eat together and talk. The air conditioning allowed each bedroom to adjust the temp as desired, which was great. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The host even had a "pack and play" for the baby, which we used the entire week. We loved our stay and I just cannot recommend this place enough. You will not be disappointed.

Great location, communication, service.
I've rented many villas via vrbo and other sites for our friends getaway. But this one was the best for service. Wonderful restaurant recommendations, amenities were well supplied. Ana and Rita went above and beyond with their excellent assistance.. Some of the tile is a bit dated, but I've never seen older tile so clean. The location is perfect for beach activities, with plenty of chairs, a cooler, and sun shade Thanks so much for a wonderful experience!

Great property, host, and location
Property: The VRBO was clean, spacious, and had nice amenities. The pool and outdoor shower were nice. The grill and kitchen appliances were also nice (note: there is no oven). Generally low water pressure across the property. Host: Juan was fantastic. He connected us with people that helped us plan and organize excursions. Sergio helped with a hike through El Yunque. Location: The VRBO is in a gated community that provides a sense of security. The VRBO was also a great location for nearby beaches, food, and going out.

Great place for a family vacation
This Ocean Park home offered plenty of room for three families and options for activities that appealed to different groups. Lots of space for cooking and games, a pool appropriate for little ones (smaller than it looks in the pictures), and proximity to beaches and restaurants.

Great location
We had 10 adults staying at Juan's property. The house was large, bright and clean. The beds and furniture were comfortable. We did not know there would not be an oven which we overlooked when reading the specific. We could of use more towels and blankets but to be fair, we did not think to ask the property owner who was very accommodating. Our favorite part was the outside shower and how close we are to the beach. The only con was the noise coming from the water heater when the sink/shower were being use. Otherwise we like our stay. Annual family trip
This property has an excellent location. Two blocks to the beach and within walking distance of multiple restaurants. My 1 year old grandson was with us. The pack and play, the highchair, and the sand toys all came in very handy. One of the challenges during our stay was repeated electricity outages, but the property has an awesome generator. The bathrooms were quite antiquated. There was little to no counter space for toiletries. The property manager was awesome! She was very responsive to all of our needs.

Location was everything

Our group of 11 really enjoyed our stay at this house. The location was great and we all felt safe at all times. We all fit comfortably. Juan and the property manager met us upon arrival. They were very welcoming. The pool looks small in the pics but we all fit in there fine. It was also nice that they provided beach chairs, extra towels and a cooler. Definitely recommend staying here. Thanks for making us feel at home!

Awesome Experience!
Our stay at this property was wonderful and Ana made it an even better experience--she answers any and all questions. Ana even gave bar/food recommendations when we were in Old San Juan. The photos don't do the property justice. The beach is right outside of the front door with a cute restaurant 30 ft away. The tree does hang down into the dipping pool and would be nice to have that more open but it was still great! Thank you.

Ended up having to relocate!!!
I really hate to leave bad reviews, but we went all out this year for vacation to celebrate my moms end to a year battling cancer. This house did not deliver on what we were expecting!! We arrived late Saturday evening when it was already dark, but the following morning we were quit surprised! The house so nasty. There were stains on the beds, bathrooms were left dirty with peoples hair from before us. There were nasty stains on the wall, bugs all over the place. There was so much sand on the couch no one wanted to sit there. We tried going out to the beach and found the chairs provided were full of dirty napkins and beer cans from prior guests. We ended up leaving the house that afternoon and booked 2 rooms at a resort. I contacted the owner multiple times to try and work out some kind of refund. The house was NOT as advertised. I never received a response. I’m not sure what happened because prior reviews raves about the house, but we were greatly disappointed!!! I have pictures of what the home looked like, but I can’t figure out how to load them on VRBO.

Unfortunately, I could not refund your cost because you did not even give us the opportunity to fix the issue. I spoke with Ana (she is hired 24/7 precisely to solve problems) when you notified me that you had left and confirmed to me the house had been cleaned following our standard procedures. If the cleaning was not satisfactory, I would have sent the cleaning lady and Ana again to make sure it was done right (and we need that timely feedback to for continued improvement). Great hosts
We stayed here with our kids. Just two blocks to the beach. They had chairs, beach balls, towels and beach toys for the kids. It worked perfect for a beach getaway with family. Only complaint was the internet and tvs weren’t working well. My husband works in IT and needed to work during our trip. He had a lot of trouble and had to go to a hotel to get internet access. The TVs use streaming devices and they were buffering all the time. The master bedroom tv was stuck on a control panel screen. You would exit it and it would pop up again within 2 minutes. The hosts responded quickly to our internet issues and were available easily by text. We would stay again.

Great Location, plenty of room!
Nice home in an upscale section of Ocean Park. A short walk to the beach (you have to go down the block a bit as it looks like the nearest access is a victim of the hurricane). Nice to have plenty of chairs, coolers, and other beach accessories available. Parking was a bit tight when we arrived on Saturday, but once people clear out Saturday evening, plenty of room for the residents. It was nice to gather around the pool in the evening, the tree and lighting creates a very interesting effect. Only one hiccup with the hot water. Ana walked us through troubleshooting right away (it was accidentally turned off) and we were back in business. A number of good restaurants and a Walgreen's within walking distance, just remember since it is a gated community, you need to come back in through the main gate after hours. We drove around most of the island, but would use an Uber to go into San Juan ($7 - $8 each way), not far off what you would pay for parking, and a lot less hassle.

Truly an amazing home away from home!
This place is absolutely AMAZING! The personal touches made it feel like a home away from home, it is obvious there has been a lot of love put into this home! It was clean, spacious and had all the bells and whistles! Check in and check out was super easy and Ana the property manager was SO AMAZING, we just loved her! She welcomed us with so much love and blessings and suggested places for us to go to. I can't say enough about how great she was! Juan the owner was also great to deal with and communicate with! He made everything super easy with payment and even sent us a list of must do's while in Puerto Rico. We had 12 people with us and the house was perfect and we had so much room! So grateful for this experience and I pray when we go back this place is available, I've even recommended it to friends and colleagues! Just perfect! 💙‼️♥️

Best location, Best house, Best experience
We had a large group of 12 stay with zero problems! This home is so amazing and Juan was so easy to book with. Ana was extremely hospitable and told us where everything is. Everyone loved the pool and close walking distance to the beach & an awesome little restaurant/bar 1 house away. The home layout was perfect for places for our entire family to sleep, eat & relax. The outside shower was a big help. We have stayed at many homes on HomeAway & airb&b but this home by far is our favorite!!! AC in every room was a major plus! I can’t express just how much we all really enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be back!!!

Great for families or larger groups - just as described!
Ocean Park is a private, gated community with rentals and residents. It's a nice mix of quiet, well mannered people. It is within a few blocks of local PR residential communities (that are less manicured and some obviously still recovering from damage), so there are cafe/bakeries (Kasalta!), shops and many people. It is less than a 10 minute drive to Condado, and less than a 15 minute drive to Old San Juan. It is very conveniently located. It is very close to the beach, and the "30 steps away" beach access is available, but not as user friendly as the one two blocks away. The beach is clean/safe, and the water is amazing. A few blocks away is also a park/public beach that is heavily used and nice to visit, with vendors and music. The house is just as described, with room by room cooling systems, which is really nice. A fully stocked kitchen and washer/dryer were super helpful. Wi-Fi and satellite TV were perfect, and the outdoor pool was a nice follow to visits to the beach. Ana, the Property Manager, was kind, attentive and super responsive to every question and request. She made herself available by phone or text. She also explained that because it is a gated community, GPS directions to the house will not take you to the gate access point, located off Santa Ana. This was helpful, as we navigated from the airport.

Quiet Comfort
There were 7 adults in our group. My husband, my sister and her husband and 3 of our adult children. The house was set up perfectly for a crowd of mixed company. The 3 full bathrooms with 2 of them having duo entries that were easily accessible to each room, were very convenient. No one bumping into each other as the ranch style house is spacious and set up to give everyone privacy. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need for breakfast, dinner and tropical drinks! The dining table easily sat all of us with room to spare. The neighborhood was quiet and we enjoyed walking to the nearby restaurants and stores. The house was equipped with beach towels, shampoo, soap, dish detergent, dishwashing liquid, detergent and even bug spray for evenings by the wonderful wading pool. We also enjoyed using the outdoor grill. The beach chairs were very nice to take with us to the very short walk to the beach. There is also a nearby hotel with an outside patio overlooking the beautiful waterfront. Ana was very quick to respond when I had questions. Such a nice person to work with! This was our first time visiting Puerto Rico and Ana made us feel very welcomed. I would definitely stay here again. It felt like home not a rental. 😊

Juan and Ana were a pleasure to work with. They made us feel at home and were quick to ask if we needed anything. The house has a large common area, and the rooms and bathrooms were good sizes. The apartment is clean and the location is excellent; it's steps from the beach, very close to a local trending area, and a short walk to a built up area with hotels. The air conditioning is more than enough, the grill is a nice addition, and they supply several coolers, beach chairs, towels, etc. I highly recommend this rental.

Perfect Location, Amazing Property and a Host that made our vacation Unforgettable!!
I don't leave reviews often, but was so blown away, I wanted to share my experience. We ended up booking the trip last minute and Juan (the host) made everything extremely easy and really was the key to our amazing trip. Location Very Convenient - close to the beach, restaurants, bars/clubs, etc Safe - as a first time SJ visitor this was way more important than I realized Quiet - at night this is a huge positive as traffic/pedestrian noise is very disturbing just one block outside the gate Property Matches the description perfectly. Honestly one of my favorite vacation rental experiences yet. Host Juan really made our vacation an amazing success. He provides a 10+ page document with all kinds of activities and restaurant recommendations. We ended up pretty much just following his list (Horse back riding, bioluminescent bay trip, and restaurants) which was truly amazing. You should consider renting this property just for the inside scoop Juan provides. The only single con that I can think of is we had trouble with hot water when taking showers, but it really wasn't a big issue since it was 80+ degrees during our trip. Overall, I would highly recommend this property and I would love to visit again. Thank you Juan for sharing your oasis with us and thank you for all the work you put into your travel doc.

We loved the house! It was amazing and only a 1 minute walk to the beach! Spacious and comfortable.
Everything was great! We had one small issue and Ana was on it the minute I notified her. We all loved it and will be back if we come to Puerto Rico again.

The house is beautiful and really comfortable. The description of the house is totally accurate. We really loved our stay in our in the house. The living room, room and kitchen are nice, comfortable, sunny and big. The house is very well equipped (towels, supplies, kitchen equipment, the beds are good, nice TV and internet…). The small pool is very nice and clean. We really enjoyed to at the end of the day. They have a beautiful three (in the picture) with backyard with lizards, crabs … very cute The manager is very nice and she was extremely helpful checking in and out, and with our stay in general. It is a few feet from a nice beach. We recommend it.
