I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent 5-night stay at your resort. While the first two days of our trip were pleasant, a brief power outage was followed by three days of critical air conditioning malfunction, which significantly impacted our stay.
The lack of air conditioning led to extremely high humidity levels in our rooms, causing the floors to become wet and slick. My children slipped and fell multiple times, which was concerning. The unbearable heat also made dining in your restaurants and relaxing in the lobby very uncomfortable.
While the pool and grounds were well-maintained, the beach was unfortunately unusable due to high levels of seaweed. Although efforts were made to contain and clean it, swimming was not possible. We also noticed an unpleasant sewer smell in certain areas of the property.
We brought these issues to the attention of the reception, and they kindly upgraded us from the Marina building to Ventus Ha. However, despite being a beautiful building, this upgrade was inconvenient, and the air conditioning in the new room was still not working effectively, with the temperature remaining a balmy 80 degrees.
The restaurant requiring reservations was unfortunately booked 3-4 days in advance, which meant I was only able to secure one reservation over my five-day stay. Additionally, the main dinner buffet seemed to offer repetitive selections.
I hope you will consider these points for future improvements.
