"Um hotel muito moderno, com um padrão claramente cinco estrelas. A impressão geral é consistentemente de altíssimo nível. O café da manhã foi excelente e de altíssima qualidade. As demais refeições também foram muito boas, embora não cheguem ao nível Michelin. A equipe é extremamente orientada ao serviço. Um destaque especial para o recepcionista de Belo Horizonte, mas toda a equipe manteve um nível alto e consistente. Também a equipe responsável pelo transporte (táxi e carro alugado) foi muito profissional. Os quartos estão em padrão internacional de excelência – melhores do que a maioria dos hotéis nos EUA e totalmente comparáveis aos melhores hotéis da Europa. O serviço de quarto e a arrumação também foram de altíssimo nível, com muitos detalhes bem pensados, como livros organizados, sapatos arrumados e outros pequenos toques que fizeram diferença na experiência. O minibar também tinha um bom padrão. O único ponto um pouco menos positivo foi o bar ao lado do restaurante. Apesar da boa música ao vivo, o ambiente pareceu um pouco fechado e sem uma atmosfera realmente acolhedora. Já o rooftop bar é significativamente melhor e poderia ser expandido. No geral, um hotel de altíssimo nível, com forte foco em serviço e padrão internacional."
