Welcome to The Porches! This custom built, dog-friendly beach house, which is adjacent to both Boardwalks 1 and 2, features quick & easy access to North Beach within the gated community of Seabrook Island. This majestic home features stunning outdoor spaces, including an expansive roof deck with hot tub, ocean views & covered seating area, two covered porches and a front yard that prominently features Fred & Ginger, who are 170+ years old grand live oak trees, as the home's leading man & leading lady. The interior features of The Porches are equally fabulous, with a well-stocked chef's kitchen, a sunroom with floor-to-ceiling windows and multiple gathering areas throughout the home. To enhance the views and capture the breathtaking Lowcountry sunlight, the house was built in 2021 with a reverse floor plan design. The kitchen, dining area, living room, sunroom and master suite are located on the upper level of the home and the remaining four bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the lower level of the home. Four of the five bedrooms within the home have access to a covered porch.

Seabrook Island is a gated community on a Lowcountry barrier island that is 45 minutes from downtown Charleston. Surround yourself in Seabrook Island's stunning natural beauty, which features rolling sand dunes, lush maritime forests, beautiful marshland and freshwater ponds. Amenity cards are available for guests of The Porches (though deposit and additional late fees may apply), which will enable you to access Seabrook Island's incredible selection of amenities. You'll feel your stress levels melt away as you bike or walk the trails, kayak through the marsh waters, hunt for shells on the beach, play a round of golf, take a guided horse trail ride, brush up on your tennis skills or read a book in a lounge chair on the beach. Camp Seabrook is available for the kids (ages 4-10) in your group during the summer months.

Guests access The Porches by entering the garage and taking the interior stairs to the upper levels of the home. On the first floor, you'll find four of the homes bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a laundry room, kitchenette and game room. One the second floor, you'll find the kitchen, dining area, living room, sunroom, master suite and half bathroom. Off street parking for up to 4 cars.

Perfect Stay

Absolutely perfect in every way! Our family of 6 plus 2 adult guests enjoyed every aspect of this stunning home. We even watched fireworks from the rooftop! East walk to beach and pool. We can’t recommend this place enough!

Incredible Stay!

My wife and three kids, along with my in-laws, rented The Porches over this past weekend and it absolutely perfect! The kids loved that they could each have their own room and there was plenty of space for everyone to relax. My wife and I especially loved that the second floor felt like its own home complete with a lounge area and kitchenette. This came in handy since our kids wake up early. It was so nice being able to jump right on the boardwalk and be out to the beach in minutes, not needing to worry about parking or forgetting to bring anything out. It was also by far the most well stocked rental I have ever stayed in! Everything you could possibly need from sunscreen to shampoo there was a ton of everything. We had such an amazing time that we talked about coming back again next year. Highly recommend to anyone coming to Seabrook!
