This apartment is cute, has everything you need, and is in the heart of Ballard, so walking distance to coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants, and grocery stores. It is a comfortable and affordable place to stay while visiting Seattle. It worked perfectly for our family. We would definitely stay again.

This apartment in Ballard was the absolute perfect home base for our Seattle trip! The location is unbeatable—tucked away in a great neighborhood but still incredibly easy to get downtown for sightseeing or over to the arena for a Kraken game.Having dedicated parking available was a massive lifesaver, and the apartment itself had everything we could possibly need. It’s beautifully modern and clean, with a full kitchen, air conditioning, and an in-unit washer and dryer, which was so convenient. The two queen bedrooms were incredibly comfortable, giving us plenty of space to relax and recharge after long days out exploring. Highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting!

My parents were in town visiting and we always rent a place in the neighborhood for them to stay because we do have space. This was by far the best place they have stayed yet and we have some wonderful rentals in the past. Brian was wonderful when we needed to add an extra night because of weather issues. Who played the super cute and also in such a great location in Ballard. Would absolutely booked again in the future.

This little apartment is perfect. It is walkable to all things in Ballard: Market street, yummy Venture coffee and pastries, the Locks, and pinball and beverages at Olaf's bar is not to be missed. We took the light rail from the airport, and only had to make one transfer to the bus downtown, which dropped us off right across the street from the building. The place is so cozy and cute! We 100% recommend it.

Perfect place for our stay, safe and friendly neighborhood. Host was communicative and helpful. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and I loved having a dedicated parking spot. Close to many great things for walking anf a quick drive to Pike Place ect. Would definitely recommend as a good place to stay.

The apartment was the perfect location for our Seattle stay. Ballard is a wonderful and walkable neighborhood full of shops, bakeries and incredible restaurants. We stayed 5 nights in this great spot and felt perfectly at home. On-site parking is a plus as street parking can by tricky. The home was everything we'd hoped for and exactly as described.
