Wonderful property! Clean and comfortable except for the living room couch felt harder than the floor. Also we had unexpectedly warm weather and we thought it was air conditioned which the first and third floors were very cool but the second floor with two bedrooms was not. That was the only downfall which I think the owner can fix for the future. She answered promptly to our check in . We would definitely stay again if she got a different couch

5 Star stay in Seattle

We loved the Ballard neighborhood of Seattle, where we were attending a family wedding. The unit was perfect for our family, especially the rooftop patio, which we enjoyed using every day. The house was incredibly spacious….more than any vrbo we have stayed in. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone coming to the Seattle area.

Great spot in great location

The house was bright, new, clean, and very comfortable for my friends and I to stay in while we attended a friend's wedding. Not the best place to, say, lounge around, but who's really doing that on vacation anyway? The hosts generously allowed us to have a late check out to accommodate flights later in the day, which was truly a game changer. Would recommend - and catch Rainier from the rooftop on a clear day!

Comfortable in Ballard

Our stay was a return visit to this wonderful property in Ballard. The house is very clean and has full amenities. The host is very responsive and we will return again. Location is walkable to restaurants and shopping.

Beautiful place, great location

We had to relocate our family holiday celebrations because of a botched home remodeling project. The hosts were understanding and flexible and the town house was beautiful and perfect for our family to land during this hectic time. Kitchen is perfect for entertaining and making dinners in. Beautiful modern home

Great home. Perfect for 3 adults and 2 kids. Neighborhood was safe and walkable. Parking can be tricky because roads are narrow. It is loud/ echoey in the house because of the stairwell in middle. Beds were comfortable and towels thick. Thanks for the great visit!

Wonderful Property

This property was so nice and clean! It was perfect for our family. The beds were very comfortable and the rooftop deck was so relaxing and a nice view. It was supplied with everything we needed and more. The hosts were very responsive. The street parking wasn’t horrible. I highly recommend this property and would stay again.

Lovely modern property

We loved staying here! It was a very nice and modern property. The appliances and dishes were good quality. The roof top view was a plus. Everyone slept comfortably in their rooms. The owners were very friendly and responsive to our needs. The only downside was street parking was challenging at times. But we would definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Seattle.

Great VRBO in Ballard!

Overall, my group and I had a great stay at this VRBO! Listing was accurate, spacey and very clean, location was walking distance to downtown Ballard and owners were extremely responsive. Great experience and would book again if I ever need to be in Seattle again!

Graduation stay in Seattle

Overall good. Understand that the cleaning fee is low because you’ll need to take out trash, use the dishwasher, and load the washer with towels before leaving. Also, there are no standard tv channels, only Netflix, Prime, and a ton of specialized channels that We’d never heard of. Probably good if you have small kids who like cartoons though.

Ballard Celebration

We enjoyed our stay very much. This property is beautiful and the view of Mt Ranier from the top is stunning! The multilevel stairs are a great workout. The home was clean and very well equipped with everything we needed. We will try and reserve for our next visit. Thank you!
