• Basic pricing is for 4 guests; $15 per person per night for additional guests.
• Pets welcome: $150 per stay.
• Greenbelt/neighbor’s backyard nearby; minor insect activity possible during rainy seasons.
• Same-day check-in may be limited; confirm after booking.
