Roast marshmallows over the firepit, relax on the tree swing, take a kayak/paddleboat out on the water. Sit, fish, crab from the dock, or go biking. Enjoy the amenities of the community: boat ramp, playground set, tennis courts.About 20mins from the amenities: park, beach,&Town of Kilmarnock all of your shops & restaurants.
The space
Spacious cathedral one story home with 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, enclosed patio full of games, outside seating on the patio & seating near the firepit. Two bedrooms have 1 queen bed each, other bedroom has a bunkbed with a pull-out underneath. Blue lights will light up your path at night. Go fishing on dock, crabbing, or relax with a cup of coffee. Kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and microwave. There are plates, cups, pans, silverware. Beds have linens and pillows. Bathroom has towels, washcloths, toilet paper, hand & body soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Offer coffee with a Keurig machine, creamer, and sugar. Community: tennis court, playground set, and boat ramp. Feel free to bring your boat and tie up to the dock. About a 15 minute boat ride out to the Chesapeake Bay. Walk or ride your bike around in the neigbhorhood. Only one hypoallergenic dog that is 75 pounds or less, clean up outside, keep in doggie crate while not in the home and at night, please do not allow on furniture or beds.

Other things to note
*No more than 1 dog that is 75 pounds or less, no aggressive dogs, only hypoallergenic dogs, not to get on furniture nor beds, there is a doggie bed, and doggie house inside to put in while not in the home, clean up outside.
*No smoking or vaporing on the property
*There are two Smart T.V's one in the living room and one in bedroom.
*Wi-Fi is available
*Cell service is spotty depending on your carrier
*One spot available for you to dock your boat at right side of boat dock water level 3.5 ft at dock -it verifies by season
*15 mins away from the bay to a private beach that you can dock your boat at on the shore
