Enjoy a clean, stylish experience at this peaceful yet centrally-located suite. Entirely separate 1 bed/bath, full living space and a lush patio in the popular Ravenna neighborhood.

Close to Dahl Playfield and easy access to bus and Light Rail Stations to downtown and airport. Close to UVillage shopping and dining, Burke Gillman Trail, Greenlake, Henry Art Gallery, UW campus and more. Perfect location for parents visiting their UW college kids!
Downtown is just a 10 minute ride.

The space
This entire space is completely private with separate entrance, quiet and comfortable, with A/C and heated floors in every room.

Amenities include a fully stocked Nespresso coffee/tea bar, mini fridge with creamer/Oatmilk and Brita water, Smart TV, Wi-Fi, dedicated workspace/desk, and a back patio with a firepit/seating area (Summer). Sanitized mat for your yoga practice pleasures, indoor or on the clean, large deck.

Owners live and work onsite; happy to respond to any questions or say hello.

There is plenty of free street parking.

Guest access
Access is around the left side of the house, along pavers, to the back patio, keyless entry.
Please note, there is landscaping and beautiful foliage surrounding pavers, and luggage can be easily carried for the 30 feet to the entrance.
Pavers may be slightly unleveled, so please use caution at night. Area will be well lit. Please see photos.

University District Farmers Market is open Saturday’s from 9-2.

Other things to note
All bedding and towels are 100% Cotton, and ethically sourced (Nordstrom).
All cleaning products are highest standards across ingredients, sustainability and social welfare. Natural fragrance, no plastic waste.
We strictly follow a 5-step enhanced cleaning process.

Quiet hours 10pm - 7am

Please contact me if you need flexibility on your arrival or departure. Luggage can be dropped off early **with prior approval.

We were so comfortable! Enjoyed several good nights sleep in this quiet corner of a pleasant neighborhood. Maranda is a terrific host and a good communicator. Plenty of street parking, and a very private back deck entry.

Our second time staying here. A wonderful and relaxing accomodation that provides a calm and quiet atmosphere. Modern bathroom, a comfortable bed, a peaceful porch, and an attention to detail. A great location with many good eateries and cafes nearby. Easy parking. An excellent host that is easy to communicate with and is very responsive. Totally enjoyed it.

Comfortable n Cozy

Cozy nook & perfect stay

Really enjoyed the comforts of this property for my Seattle work trip! Absolutely loved the outdoor deck, hammock and personal fire place. The bed was also incredibly cushy and comfortable. Cute decor, clean linens and the perfect range of amenities for coffee, tea and getting ready conveniences. Maranda was also incredibly responsive. Parking was seamlessly infront of house. The one thing I would change about this property is making the walkway leading to the back of house entrance more convenient. I had a massive & heavy suitcase and carrying it down the narrow path with a crooked rocky walkway with plants poking out wasn't the most ideal. Otherwise perfect!

Nice property with a helpful host

This unit worked well for my husband and I on our visit to Seattle. Our host, Maranda, was very prompt in answering our queries. The unit was very clean and quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. Maybe next time, we'll have time to enjoy the deck and the lovely outdoor chandelier!
