  • Welcome to your newly remodeled Edmonds Villa. 20 mins from Downtown Seattle and 5 mins drive or walkable distance to the Historic Downtown Edmonds. This is a northwest living with a palms spring feel. This home sits on an oversized lot with its backyard facing the sound and mountain for a wonderful afternoon sunset sky. It is located on an upscale Edmonds Private Compound . The features are : Large Chef Kitchen , Living Room , Formal Dinning Room , covered outdoor patio , outdoor barbecue grill , private heated pool, hot tub, sauna, outdoor shower, and game room with pinball machines and hockey tables .

The house was wonderful. Very clean and tidy. The kids loved the game room and the pool. We were visiting family and it provided a great space to entertain. Kely was a wonderful host. Very quick to respond to all questions. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to the area.

Great stay in Edmonds

Our large family loved the accomodations. The kiddos loved the pool and the game room (as did the adults) and also the porch. The location is great and the host was super responsive and helpful! The kids are already asking to go back :)

Our group of eight long time college friends enjoyed our time here. The kitchen was well equipped and plenty of room for several cooks at one time. The deck looking over the pool was a beautiful peaceful place for morning coffee and afternoon cocktails. The location was close to the the many restaurants and boutique shops in downtown Edmonds.Kely, our host, was very responsive to all messages. A very helpful, attentive host!

Beautiful Home

Our two families (four adults and six children) enjoyed this beautiful property. We appreciated all the extra amenities like coffee, lots of towels and pillows. The pool was a hit and so was the game room.

The house is beautiful overall, it’s very clean, got all the necessary equipment we needed. The host was very helpful, helping me with questions that I have for. And the pool and spa was just perfect, a good way to spend our days here with friends and family. I’ll definitely come back here.

Lovely Home

I stayed with a group of ladies for our annual get away. The home is as described. We used to pool and hot tub daily. The primary shower is wonderful with duel shower heads. The beds are comfortable. We'd stay again, however, we like to visit new locations every year.

Family vacation 2022

We had wonderful time at Edmonds Villa. It was a great location for seeing the sites in the Seattle area. The house was very nice and the amenities were great. The pool and hot tub were awesome, especially for the children! Kely did a great job of communicating with us. We highly recommend this location!!!!

Great space for a family visit

We had 10 family members staying here very comfortably for a total of 7 nights, enjoying the hot tub, pool, game room and outdoor patio area. Plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen was large and very well equipped. Kely was super responsive to our questions and requests. Would definitely come back!

This property is amazing. The photos do not donthe place justice. Everything is amazing from the time younwalk through the doors. My children ages 6 to 13 loved the game room , i would be lying if i didnt say so did the grown-up
