Great location, walking distance to my conference at the Hyatt, very clean, felt safe, and lacked nothing. Rare 90 weather made for hot bedrooms at night but owner was extremely responsive and permitted us to move the living room AC window unit to the bedroom. Guests should know unit is upstairs and interior design was dark but unit has a lighted makeup mirror. Couch is not a sofabed but there is a Twin mattress in the closet. Would highly recommend for people who don’t need big beds.

Julia was a wonderful host! The condo was spotless. It was like staying in a treehouse in luxury! Very quiet and safe area to visit. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Took public transportation to Space Needle and pike market which was an easy walk to get to. Master shower was amazing!

Perfect location

Julia’s place was peaceful and well appointed, exactly what we needed to relax after a long conference day and gear up for said days. Her responsiveness made this booking a real pleasure. I don’t have much reason to go to Bellevue, but I almost wish I did after this experience. Would 100% stay again.
