Many people might complain about the missing doorhandle in the bathroom, or the chips in the paint on the walls showing decent-sized drywall holes. They might be upset that the large painting on the wall was missing the bottom part of the frame (there was packing tape where it used to be held on). They might worry that the parking garage was dark and had broken furniture piled up in the corner, or that the “workout room” looked like something from a horror movie. I am not bothered by these aesthetic things, though, and we were happy with the size of the room. However, everything changed when we tried to take a shower early in our stay and realized there was no hot water. We stayed from Friday through Monday morning and did not have any hot water the whole time. When I spoke with the man working the front desk, he told me that it was the whole hotel that had no hot water due to a broken water heater, but it would be fixed in the morning. I asked for a timeline, and he quickly stated that it might be afternoon. He seemed indifferent and did not even apologize for the inconvenience. There were no notices posted, and he just shrugged his shoulders. The next night when we got back—still no hot water. We even checked on Monday morning (4 DAYS LATER), and when we were checking out we were informed that it should be fixed soon. Of course at that point it was too late since we were leaving to go home. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Not likely to stay Ramada or Wyndham again.

I selected a hotel with shuttle service to airport. This had one, but in reality it did not when I arrived at the airport!!. technical issues I was told? I called-and called...no answer. finally they said no shuttle and to figure out my way to get there. Anothe shuttle for Ramada said they had no shuttle for a LOOOOOG time!! I was going to a Seahawk game, so I needed a shuttle to the hotel to drop off the bag,then to light rain to go to the game. Return to the hotel after the game and then back to airport next am. Total of 4 shuttles was apx what I paid for the room. I did not use this holel I spent in total almost 2 hours on the phone trying to remedy. Since it was non refunded able Expedia top of Customer Service said SORRY> But it dd not deliver as promised. NOT happy with hotel or Expedia. hotel would not waiver fee and cancel, nor would Expedia. I paid for a room I never used. I booked another room from another service! This went perfectly!!

Its OK but it just seems neglected. No trash can. Door handle missing. Window left open when I arrived but when I closed it it was impossible to open again. Everything just needs attention. Hear people talking as they walk down the hallway.

We booked this property because of its convenient location to the airport and close to our appointment the next day. There were numerous items that needed repair in our room including a large crack in our room's front door allowing us to see into the room before entering, curtains that didn't close shut, a desk that needed to be thrown out it was so damaged to the base of the desk that it no longer sat upright, a missing switch on the bedside light, and a broken bathroom door handle. The parkade provided does not have any security from the rough neighborhood- there was someone hunched over retching near our car the next morning. Despite requesting a non-smoking room, the entire hotel including the front desk and our room smelled of marijuana.

Overall terrible experience. No airport shuttle service, even though it stated it did before I booked. I called four times, no answer. I had to take a cab. When I arrived they told me they used to have shuttle service but stopped. Staff offered nothing but an I’m sorry for your inconvenience. Didn’t offer upgrade, even though the hotel was half empty. Room was dirty and beaten up. Toilet didn’t flush. Location was bad. Worst hotel I’ve been in in a long time, and I travel a lot.
