Seattle Waterfront Condo with a WalkScore of 99 (Walker’s Paradise) and TransitScore of 100 (Riders Paradise). There are 4 miles of walking/biking trails across from the condo. The unit is a 2 bedroom with queen beds and is located on the 3rd floor of a 5-floor condo complex.
Note: The 2nd bedroom is in the den and has no door. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Comfortable for 4, cozy for 6.

Offering views of the Puget Sound with ferries and maritime activities. The condo is within walking distance to the Pike Place Market, Seattle Aquarium (across the street), Ferry Terminal, Climate Pledge Arena (1.6 miles), TMobile Park (1 mile) and Lumen Field (.7 miles), Bell Street Harbor Center, Pier 66 cruise ship terminal, next to the Marriott Waterfront hotel, a myriad of restaurants, and the Seattle downtown core with shopping and entertainment. We had a wonderful stay at this clean and well-maintained condo. Remember when staying at a vacation rental used to feel like you were a guest in someone’s well loved home and not a flip property filled with dollar store items? This condo is definitely the former- comfortable linens, beds and pillows. High quality plates, utensils and knives that can actually cut things! The owners were communicative, helpful and even left snacks out for us to enjoy on arrival. We walked to Pikes Place, the Space Needle, Olympic Sculpture Garden, Modern Pop Museum and the Chiluly Gardens. The Great Wheel is just across the street, as are several ferry terminals. We would happily stay here again next time we are in Seattle.

Great Location, Comfortable Accommodations!

We loved our stay at this condo! The location was very convenient for exploring the waterfront without the hassle of a car. The condo itself was very comfortable and the hosts included several practical items that rental properties often leave out. We would come back again if we make it back to Seattle!

Cozy, Convenient, Home away from Home

This place is fully stocked with all the things you have at your house, but may not have traveled with! Mike and Melissa were so gracious to provide snacks, ziplock bags, coffee, etc. Everything is labeled and instructions are provided for everything that isn’t self-explanatory. There were games and a puzzle for the kids. We felt so welcome and had a great time!

Perfect location for visiting Seattle as part of our trip to Olympic in May of 2025. Very nicely appointed clean condo within walking distance to the waterfront and to Pike Place market. On site below ground parking was great but the spaces are tight, which we were warned about. Great communication with the hosts. Would stay here again.

Great Place on Seattle Waterfront

My family and I were quite happy with our stay. The owners clearly are shooting for a 5-star review, and I have to say, it was earned with 5-star effort. The place was tastefully appointed. Lots of little details like a snack basket, microwave popcorn, break-and-bake cookies, bathrobes, personalized food recommendations. Would 100% stay here again.

Wonderful condo in an excellent location!

We had a fabulous time in Seattle! This condo is beautiful and situated just across the street from the waterfront. Mike and Melissa were so helpful, communicative and very easy to work with. Our family of four had so much fun walking along the waterfront, visiting Pikes Place Market and enjoying the various restaurants and bakery’s in the area. We visited the Illusion Museum, Seattle Aquarium, Chihuly Glass Museum and went to a Seattle Kraken game. The condo is so well stocked, very comfortable and clean with plenty of space for everyone. You can walk either way from the condo and can find plenty of things to do and beautiful surroundings. One thing we really appreciated was feeling safe and secure at this location. We hope to return soon!

One of the best stays

We had a wonderful time at this property. The owners are excellent at giving instructions on how to check in, out, and what to do in the area. There were so many little extras in case you forget anything. The space was comfortable. The little view of the water was nice. Would highly recommend.

Great location

The location of this condo is perfect. We had a rental car and never used it! We walked to / through Pike Place Market every day. We were also in walking distance of Target (great for groceries), The Great Wheel, and the Symphony where we attended a show.The condo itself was perfect for us. The beds were comfortable, there were plenty of towels and toiletries, we could control temperature in the unit, the TV was easy to use and had plenty of streaming services available.We really appreciated the snacks on the kitchen counter which were quite handy at 10pm when we checked in.I was intimidated by the espresso machine but made use of the Smeg drip coffee pot using coffee grounds from the freezer, as well as creamers from the fridge. Melissa was a fabulous host and always responded right away to my texts. I would definitely stay here again!

We travel frequently, and this is by far the best family stay we’ve ever had. The home is equipped with everything you need. Its location is fantastic—within walking distance to Pike Place Market, where we bought fresh seafood to cook at home. It’s also an easy walk to the art museum, aquarium, and excellent restaurants right across the street. We took a taxi to the Space Needle area, which was only about 20.The owner was very responsible and responsive, providing a helpful folder with detailed information and thoughtful notes around the house. I also deeply appreciated being allowed a late 5 p.m. checkout, which made our last day stress-free. Thank you for making our trip to Seattle so enjoyable—we’ll always remember this sweet and comfortable stay!

Weekend Getaway

My Mom and I stayed for a long weekend. This location is IDEAL if you want to be close to the piers and Pikes Market and the Aquarium. The place is clean, beautifully decorated and appointed with so many beautiful touches (snacks, abundant coffee choices, so many personal hygiene choices, to name a few)We were able to stream a big game onto their large TV via my phone which was a major bonus! So many great eateries and things to do nearby or just a short drive away. The underground parking spot that is included is a huge bonus, I’m told, although we did not use it. The owners were super nice and helpful! WIL stay again and telling my friends!

AMAZING!!!!!

Let's put it this way... we will never stay anywhere else again when we visit Seattle. The location is incredible. Right on the water. 300 yards from Pike's Market. Steps from the Aquarium. Took our 4 daughters (age 2-15 and all of them had a blast and felt safe the entire time. The house is better stocked than my house. Anything you could want or need. So cozy. We were so so sad to leave. We will be back soon though! Thank you Mike and Melissa!!

A wonderful and beautiful location

We LOVED our stay in this lovely and convenient condo. Everything was so easy and drama free - from check-in to check-out -a no stress atmosphere. All we had to think about was what our daily itinerary would be. The location is within easy walking distance to some of the best and most iconic attractions Seattle has to offer. The hosts are responsive and have thought of everything. A definite 11 out of 10.

Great Stay

Condo was easy to locate, and check in was easy as well. Only difficult part was finding a way to call into the call box upon entering. Comfortable for 3 adults who all had their own bed. Very clean and comfortable. Good communication from the owners as well. Great location as it was right inbetween the space needle and the stadiums as well as right next to the pier.

Beautiful and convenient

This condo is stunning! The property has a water view, across from the boardwalk. Easy walk to Pike’s Place and downtown Seattle. The condo has everything-spices, pots/pans if you want to cook. The beds are comfortable and everything is decorated beautifully. This is a place we will book again. Thank you for making us feel at home!
