Hotell nära Secret War Time Tunnels

"Ett stort hotell som nog hade sina glansdagar för ett antal år sedan. Vänlig men stressad personal i receptionen. Mycket folk i foajén, spelmaskiner och högljudda barn gjorde att det kändes stökigt och lite som när man åker bilfärja och alla ska trängas på en liten yta. Rummet var bra, synd bara att fönstren var så smutsiga då utsikten över hamnen och mot Dover var fantastiskt fin annars. Knepigt med parkering, hotellets stora parkering var full liksom de flesta närliggande men hittade på kajen en betalparkering med vakt. Vi var där på pingstdagen, så jag antar att det var extra mycket folk och barnfamiljer pga helgen. Kan absolut tänka mig att bo där igen, men det är ändå inget hotell jag längtar tillbaka till. Åt ingen frukost, så kan inte uttala mig om den. Utnyttjade inte heller hotellets övriga faciliteter."

"I really loved the room on the top floor facing Dover Castle. It was like having a wonderful piece of art just outside the window. I also loved the whiteness and the minimalistic interiors of the place. I used the kitchenette and it was totally fine except from the fridge which was so cold my fresh vegetables froze. I stayed for 5 nights and the only really downsides of the place was that the toilets were not being cleaned for several days. The owners were also very slow in responding to several guests trying to contact them because the guests needed support in some different ways. I would recommend the place despite this though. It is placed in a very quiet part of Dover and I did like the atmosphere in the building. "
