“Great location in Shoreditch but signs of wear and a bit dated. Service was professional and helpful but missing out on warm and welcoming. The vibe of the hotel is a bit odd. When the hotel opened breakfast was made to order and fantastic. Now a small sad buffĂ©. After the first morning we went elsewhere for breakfast. Rooms are spacious with aircon and well heated though and beds are comfortable and we slept great.”

"Very nice hotel in general. Extremely annoying that when checked out got asked if I wanted to tip the cleaners 47 sterling discretionary. Asked the lady in reception, if this was not included in the room. She answered yes it is, then asked why should pay for I again. She couldn’t answer that question. This is for me a total no go hotel again. Cleaning and daily service is included in the price and should otherwise be mentioned before. For this reason I will not be coming back to this hotel."
