“Booked room online looked very nice. At arrival I was very surprised place was very very quiet signs were cell phones couldn’t be used. Booked a king size bed got a queen or full size partner and I couldn’t even move at night that’s how small bed was. Little disappointed room had ants got on top of my pizza I bought the night before. Breakfast area had ants as well. I personally wouldn’t stay there again place was to quiet and nothing like the website.”

“This lodge is in a beautiful location with expansive views of the mountains around Julian, CA. The room was large with a pleasant bathroom with skylight. There is air conditioning in every guest room. The large living room has a TV (so do the rooms) as well as a billiard table. The kitchen was spacious and the hosts provided eggs, bread, milk, bananas, and ramen soup bowls for the guests. “Important Detail, the pictures do not reflect the room you get. The first pictures you see on the description show and in room whirlpool tub that is the reason why we rented in the first place that Room because it was our anniversary. That did not happen. The room was nice very cozy and everything else looked just like the pictures, but there was no tub in the room instead we had a shower within a bathroom.
