“The check in was easy and it was a plus that we were able to check in early. Lourdes was quick to respond. However, the description and details need to be changed. We were not aware it was part of a multi unit/home. The small common room was also considered the 4th bedroom with a pull out couch. It states there are 3 twin bunk beds but it’s actually only 3 twin size beds. There was no TV in the common area as pictured. The plus side was the patio. We did not have enough beds for the 10 of us but...

“Perfect stay for my partner and I. There's just enough room for 2 people, unless you have small children you don't mind sharing the King bed with. The arrival was a little confusing. We were told it was the door with the tree, however the tree was next to the main house door. The side patio, albeit private, was completely unusable. "Fabulous resort that didn’t disappoint. With its historical athmosphere it calls for a return visit. Even if the final line in Some Like it Hot is ”Nobody is perfect”, this comes really close."

"Unfortunately, our stay at the hotel did not meet our expectations. The room we were first given was located right next to the elevator and the lobby bar, which caused significant noise throughout the evening. In order to move to a quieter room one floor up, we were required to pay an additional fee — something we found unreasonable given the circumstances. We had expected better service and understanding from the staff. "

"no service. bed linen not clean. pool area full of adults who were just partying, alcohol in front of the child. no respect for other guests. party in the pool all night. people partying in their room late until 03:00 am. no place for families with small children. the room is in old condition and the fan sounds bad. old bed linen and beach towels. nothing I recommend. No safe place."
