“This was an amazing experience despite my misinterpretation of what family meant! Una was a gracious host with a charming little hotel, that is owned by her family. Our room was the size of an apartment in Europe, with all necessary amenities for a wonderful stay. We stayed 2 nights and picked blueberries and strawberries at the neighboring property for breakfast with our granola and yogurt. Very enjoyable experience for me, my wife and our 8 year old daughter. ”

“My wife and I loved the location. Quiet and peaceful. We had a private patio with a hot tub we used every night. We sat on the dock every day and enjoyed the beautiful view. The host is on site if anything is needed but you wouldn’t know it as she respects everyone’s privacy. She has an on site yoga retreat and does sound bathe if you’re interested. We didn’t this time but would sign up in the future. Great place and we’d stay again with no hesitation. ”

“We had a good stay and it was close to everything we needed. The place was as advertised. It was nice to have 2 bedrooms but the futon was not comfortable at all for 11 nights nor sitting to watch TV and we had to buy a blow up mattress instead as we were 3 adults who did not want to share the 2 double beds. There was bedding to accommodate the futon. Place had most of what was needed but dishcloths and drying cloths would have been nice for washing dishes. ”

“We were in town for my daughter’s softball tournament and loved the walking distance to the beach as well as the close proximity to Softball City! Would definitely stay there again!”

“The property was spotless and had everything a family of 3 needs. It was a perfect home base for us, close to family and the highway, and with a grocery store nearby. Its a quiet neighbourhood. The host was very responsive. After sleeping on the pullout for a week our daughter was ready to get back to her bed, but otherwise everything was excellent.”

Tråkigt motel med bra service

"Rummet hade väldigt bra dusch och badrum. Ingen variation på frukosten som hade litet utbud och nästan bara bakverk. Rummet hade en konstant dålig lukt varje gång man kom in i rummet. Städningen var endast var tredje dag och det enda de gjorde var att byta handdukar, så alltså ingen städning av golven eller bäddning av sängarna. Vi hittade även pälsängrar i badrummet och sovrummet. Det låg en bit utanför downtown men fungerade bra om man hade bil. Plus för gratis parkering. Hotellet hade mer av en motel-känsla än hotell-känsla. Utöver detta var receptionen väldigt bra och servicen av de som jobbade där var toppen!"
