“The property is clean and beautiful. It has an amazing pool. We stayed during the slow season in New Orleans, so the property was quiet. The hotel advertises their swim up bar, but it was not open during our stay. They did have a walk-up bar, however. They also open the pool to the public for a fee, making it more crowded than it would be with guests only, but loungers are reserved for guests. The design of the hotel is gorgeous. “Wonderful building. The rooms as well as common areas were nicely designed and felt European. Classy! Our private terrace was quite barren, two chairs and a small table that almost disappeared on the huge terrace. “We had a wonderful stay at the WG Creole House! Nice, clean, warm and welcoming house. Better than expected (and we had high hopes!). We had a really nice room with big closets, a big and comfy bed, Netflix and a smal refridgerator. We shared bathroom with others (that we almost didn’t notice) and a big lovely kitchen where we ate our breakfast every morning. "Great and nice security people. Bad cleaning 3 out of 4 days (towels looked dirty, half made bed, old plastic cup left on table etc). Tried to tip extra to get better cleaning, but no. When we did not tip, the cleaning was good, so probably we tipped wrong person. Tried breakfast in the bar, but waiting time was long and the serving was stopped in the kitchen at the same time we got to order. Interior in public areas are beautiful. Pool area nice, but really cold water. Good location. "
