“The owner did not give us details of access until after 12 noon on the day of the holiday. we were all coming from different areas. He came to see us that night and told my son to close the only window in his room, as it was broken. Luckily it was not too hot a weekend or he would have roasted. There was no outside seating in the garden area and my sister who is disabled would have liked to sit in the garden a while. Generally the property was not disabled access friendly with only steps at...

“The house was exactly as the photos show - well equipped, clean and comfortable with a view over the marina and the river. We had to call our hosts with a power issue on our first night and they couldn't have been more helpful. We weren't there on holiday so didn't get chance to explore the town or area properly but hope to do so on future visits.”

“Location good as we came to go to a family party in Castor. Rooms spacious, furnishing basic We booked for a party of 8, however there were only 6 dining chairs, 6 metal knives and only 5 mugs, of which one had a broken handle. So, provision of equipment was not adequate for the party size booked. There was no check-in information provided. A code for the key safe was e-mailed and sent via text at 1pm of day of arrival, but we had no notice that this was to be the process and we had to chase...

"Bästa hotellet hittills på vår resa. Ligger inte centralt men var otroligt bra hotell. Vi tyckte det var väldigt trevligt med bra restaurang och bar. Rummet var jättefint med riktigt bra säng, vi sov jättebra och vaknade utvilade. "

"Bra rum, bra frukost, men ac:n på rummet fungerade inte. Och man fick inte öppna fönstret mer än ca 5 cm, då det var spärrat. (Vi bodde på andra våningen) Det var 32 grader när vi var där och flera gäster var missnöjda. I lobbyn och restaurangen fungerade ac:n så vi vet inte om det var besparing eller om det verkligen var ngt fel. De bad om ursäkt och ville erbjuda poäng i ngn klubb, som inte vi kan utnyttja. Då erbjöd de ”some drinks” for the road så vi tog ett par flaskor vatten. Hade varit schysst att tex halvera priset på rummet. "
