Just 100 yards from Steamboat Ski Resort and Gondola Square, this beautiful home is waiting with a well-equipped kitchen, an open and spacious living room, and a private balcony with a gas grill, making it the perfect union of location and luxury for your next vacation. This home features two TVs, a DVD player, high-speed internet and free WiFi, and a heated garage. Spend the day at the top of the mountain then come home to thaw out in the shared hot tub or sauna. You'll love swimming in the shared pool after getting a good workout in the community fitness center, and the kids will have a blast playing games in the game room.

While winter guests have all the amazing winter slopes available right next door, summer visitors will love all the hikes they find at places like Sanctuary Trail, Fetcher Pond, and Yampa River Core Trail. Check out some of the awesome local eateries any time you want a break from the kitchen.

Clubhouse amenities will be available for use within the following hours: Hot Tub & Pool facilities will be open from 10 am to 8 pm, Gym facilities will be accessible from 8 am to 8 pm, and our Clubhouse Game Room will be accessible from 8 am to 8 pm.
This is a multi-level property without elevator access.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Overall the location can’t be beat. The property van will give you a ride anywhere you want to go. The only downside is the unit is somewhat worn, the TVs never worked during our entire stay (even though they tried multiple times to “6“ them) ceiling fan in the living room never worked. The TV was a big deal as we had planned a Super Bowl get together with friends, and us with it never working weren’t able to do that.

The unit had everything we needed and is in a great location. The kids enjoyed the hot tub and the pool. The bathrooms are dated but that didn’t bother us.
