“Ren och prydligt hotell. Bra frukost. Det som var mindre bra, dåligt med hiss kapacitet, långa väntetider. Ont om parkeringsplatser, särskilt på helgen. Skulle önska en resturang på ett sådant stort hotell ”

“The hotel is somewhere between ok and good. It need some maintenance and TLC. The check-in was quick. The Wifi was really slow and the chair to the desk was so low that it was difficult to sit properly and work at the desk. Asked for another chair a couple of times and was promised to get a new one but no chair came. No possibility to eat lunch at the hotel which was a disappointment being such a large hotel. There is a kiosk to buy some sandwiches and drinks but so overpriced. ”

“I was asked by the front desk clerk did 1 want my room cleaned each day. Since we have a family of 5 in one room it definitely needed to be cleaned. The first 2 days not cleaned, on the 3rd day we came back to our room about 3pm, saw our room was bypasses again, I grabbed the garbage bags and used towels to the cleaning person and got new towels to carry back to my room. That night I went back to the front desk clerk and asked for our room the please be cleaned, nope in the 4 days there, not...
