“Upon arrival, there was nowhere to park, even on the street, so I phoned up to be told the location of the car park - Cnr York & Parramatta Rd BTW! The staff were all very friendly and helpful though, and I was told explicitly no smoking in my room. “Had difficulty with my 81 cm luggags as ramp is not accurate / no through entry. Though, I saw like a carrier but no english instructions. There is parking ramp but still you need a card to enter. Also, why not leave appropriate consumables depending on the stay duration instead of as need, write and drop basis. Why not add info/request on your website for seamless digital access.
