"Very good location. A bit of noise from the street and from the corridor. Breakfast was 3.5/5. Very busy between 9-10. They couldn't top up as fast as the food was taken. A lot of empty bowls. Staff was Very helpful. I do recommend."

"It was all ok. However some room for improvement. We chose a room with pentry to be able to do a bit of cooking ourselves. However, there was no oven, a lack of saucepans and notes with restrictions and the cost of the fire alarm went on. Which it according to one of the notes it did quite easily. Also, the cleaners changed towels in spite of us following the instructions to not change towels. Finally one of two lifts were out of order about two out of four days. In a building with 20 floors that was a little inconvenient. "

"Trevligt historiskt hotell i hjärtat av Sydney med nära till CQ, operahuset, affärer etc. Bra frukost, välstädat när vi kom men medans vi var där missade de städa helt en dag (men lämnade en lapp de hade varit där) och de andra dagarna var städningen okej men inte utmärkt."

"Överlag bra, rent och ordnat. Vårt rum behövde nytt batteri i kassaskåpet vilket åtgärdades direkt vi sade till. Dock högljudd air condition och ljuset styrdes av rörelsedetektion vilket resulterade i att ljuset släcktes när vi var stilla i rummet. "
