âOttimo piccolo hotel nel quartiere storico vicino alla moschea di Solimano. Gestori accoglienti, ottima colazione che puoi portare in terrazza al IV piano, da cui si gode una meravigliosa vista sul Bosforo. Molto consigliatoâ„ïžâ
âWe had a great experience at Mest Hotel. Location and everything else was great at the hotel. But most importantly all the staff from reception, cleaning, breakfast area, room service all of them was very professional and super friendly!!! We really felt like home. Could ât be better. Would definitely stay at Mest Hotel again.
Only downside for us was that families more than 3 persons cannot book rooms with sea view since they are to small. â

âFirst of all, the transportation was very convenient, and the view from the terrace of the inn was amazing. Security was also solid, so I was able to stay there with peace of mind. It was a great trip, and I'm grateful.â

âI really enjoyed my stay at Lucky Hotel in Istanbul. The hotel is cozy and comfortable, with everything you need to feel at ease. I especially want to highlight the receptionist, Osman Emma, who was extremely kind and helpful throughout my visit. His friendly and professional attitude made my experience even better. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!â
âHotel is in a really good location, not only is it very close to the Grand Bazar and the Haga Sophia Mosque, but also a 3 minute walk to either the tram or the Metro. There are restaurants very close by.It's a small hotel, beds, shower etc. are absolutly fine. Breakfast is adequate, the only complaint I might have is that the coffee for breakfast was very bland and flavourless. â

âHĂ€rligt rum med havsutsikt. Stort och rent. Bra sĂ€ngar som var hĂ„rda men sköna och passade oss perfekt. Frukosten var helt ok, servicen var topp. Utsikten över staden var helt fantastisk och att sitta dĂ€r pĂ„ terrassen, ta ett bad, dricka en öl var helt fantastiskt. â

âHa sido una grata sorpresa. La ubicacion queda muy cerca de la terraza del sultan y del gran bazar. El personal es muy amable, esta muy bieno para ser del casco histĂłrico de estambul. Agradezco mucho y es un valor agregado que ellos te ofrezcan el servicio de taxi al aeropuerto. Las habitacion estaba muy limpia y la cama es muy comoda. Sin duda repetire mi estancia cuando vuelva a turquia. Muchas gracias por todo. â
âThe location was ideal for touring the city. The staff was amazing. Mehmet, and the entire breakfast staff, were friendly and accommodating. The front desk staff was helpful with arranging tours and transfers. The room was comfortable and quiet (even though our balcony was on a main street), and the shower was fantastic. There are lots of place to eat, Turkish baths, and shops nearby. We highly recommend! â
âVery personalized attention in every single way; fell in love with the surroundings (every single thinkable thing you may want to visit is very easily within walking distance or a short bus ride); felt at home within a day (stayed 7 nights with my partner). Will be staying there every single time I visit from now on. Amazing views from rooftop patio (also where you have breakfast every morning) of mosques and nature. The most amazing pastries within the same street and right next door- amazing...

âAbsolutely gorgeous boutique hotel in the heart of sultanahmet in the old town within walking distance to all the sights and both bazaars. The rooms are beautifully decorated and every details is taken care of. The staff are lovely and so helpful with recommendations. Without doubt, if we come back to istanbul, we will stay here. Thoroughly recommend.â

"We stayed at Decamondo Galata for five days with our family. Overall, I would rate our experience a 6 out of 10.
The hotel certainly has charm and historyâhoused in a building over 1,000 years old, which adds a unique character. However, the age of the structure also means that soundproofing is lacking. We stayed on the third floor, directly beneath the restaurant, and unfortunately, we could hear noise from above throughout our stay. The sound of the staff door opening and closing early in the morning, as well as chairs being moved in the evening, disrupted our rest.
Additionally, the cot provided for our four-year-old son was too small, which made sleeping arrangements challenging. The king-size bed was also not very comfortable, which further impacted our overall rest.
On the positive side, breakfast was enjoyable, and the location is excellentâjust a short walk to Galata Tower and close to the metro. The staff were friendly and welcoming, both at reception and in the restaurant. However, the restaurant team did seem understaffed at times, which led to delays during breakfast service.
While there were definitely some positives, the noise issues and lack of comfort made it difficult for us to fully enjoy our stay. Unfortunately, we would likely look for alternative accommodation if visiting Istanbul again."
