"Booked a room that was stated wheelchair accessible bathroom on hotels.com, this was not the case at all when we arrived at the hotel. We managed to borrow a shower chair which was good. But not a comfortable stay for me as a wheelchair user. Nothing was done by the hotel to help this situation. ..."

"Room seemed clean but decor is outdated and beat up, everything needs a little update. The hallways felt old and dated. The luggage cart and elevator combo were a little frustrating.
