Family vacation in San Jose
Perfect hotel for a family vaction i Sunnydale/San Jose. Great pool, large fitnessroom and a really great breakfast buffet! The rooms were equipped with a kitchen which makes it possible to cook - ideal for the family!

Hello Andreas, I am glad you enjoyed your stay at our hotel while you were visiting. We do have a unique breakfast buffet as we cater to our international travelers as well. Our full size kitchen with large refrigerators, stovetop oven is always great for our long-term guests on business or leisure. We hope to see you again when your travels bring you back to the area.

Positivt överraskad
Helt kanon. Rent, tyst, bra service och mkt bra skick. Vi hade bokat ett rum men fick en mindre lägenhet på två plan med öppenspis, allrum, kök (diskmaskin, micro, spis), två sovrum med egen tv och badrum. Alla rum ligger som i radhus så det är inga traditionella hotellrum utan lite bättre med mer hemmakänsla, bra om man ska bo lite längre tid. På vardagskvällar var det happy hour, gratis mat och dryck. Helt ok gym. Bra frukost som ingick. Allt detta till bra pris.

I liked everything in the property, except the parking payment I didn't see any cars have the payment receipt on the window. I believe I was the only one who charged for the parking?! When I booked on the website I thought it was free parking. Thank you. I will book again and will go back to stay there coz I travel a lot for my work.

Thank you for taking the time to do our survey.we do charge for parking which is also in the website we do give out the passes here at the front desk could be that the guest weren't putting it in there window but we do charge everyone .we apologies that may cause confusion or misunderstanding.

The room was clean and bigger than I thought. The staff was polite but looked miserable and there was zero smiles. The property on the outside seemed a little old and run down. But overall I had a good experience and will most likely visit again

It was very clean . Had all kitchen supplies it was the down side was the front desk never told me they will charge me for parking just collect a 200$ which later keep 40$ for parking which was never once mentioned. But received the bill after checkout also a random guy putting his stuff on my car !! Instead of his own then at 12 am had a guy try to walk into sliding glass door.

When we arrived to check in the receptionist was very nice and helpful. The rooms are very clean. The bed was very comfortable, but the most important thing was the restroom and the shower because they were very clean.
