The apartment is in a peaceful, quiet location, with Beare Park right next to the apartment building for you to enjoy a picnic on the harbour’s edge. The Lookout café is a minute’s stroll away, with countless eateries to suit any budget also nearby. A Woolworths Metro supermarket is less than 10 minutes’ walk from the apartment. Nearby Rushcutters Bay Park is home to tennis courts and the Cruising Yacht Club of Australia, where the world-renowned Sydney to Hobart Yacht Race starts. The high-end eateries on the Finger Wharf in Woolloomooloo and St Vincents Hospital are both under 20 minutes away on foot.

Getting Around:

If you have a car, parking vouchers are available upon prior request at an extra cost, although voucher numbers are limited so please apply early. If you have paid for parking vouchers these will need to be collected at the time of picking up keys. As there is no offstreet parking attached to this particular property we have arranged passes through the council where you can park on the street within the permit zone identified on passes by scratching out the date on the supplied parking vouchers. These will need to be displayed clearly on the dashboard of your vehicle once you have found a parking space on the street nearby the property. If you are using for multiple passes, you will need to collect the amount of passes for each day you need parking. If you prefer public transport, Kings Cross station is a 10 minute walk away, where you can catch train services into the CBD and western suburbs in one direction, or to Bondi Junction in the other, one of Sydney’s major shopping hubs. Nearby bus services will also take you into the CBD and Circular Quay for the Sydney Opera House and ferry services.

* **Guest Verification:** For the security of our guests and property, you will be asked to complete a simple ID verification through our partner, Truvi, before we are able to provide you with your check in information. This helps us comply with local regulations and ensures a smooth check-in for you.



* **Noise and Smoking:** Please remember, due to strata and government regulations, we have a strict No Party and No Smoking policy for all our properties.



* **Check-in Process:** Our concierge will meet you upon arrival. As they do not live on-site, please let us know your arrival time well in advance. The concierge's details will be sent to you 2 to 3 days before your check in day provided your Truvi ID verification has been successfully completed. Note: a $40 fee applies for check-ins after 8 pm.



* **Long-Term Stays:** For bookings longer than one month, a mandatory full cleaning and linen change is scheduled every 4 weeks to keep the apartment fresh for your extended stay. This will be added to your total booking amount.
