Property very nice; only thing the check-in/check-out process very very complicated; shouldn’t accept the offer when request not available

Very nice property, spacious, great location and easy to get everywhere in Olympic park. Check in process was tricky, could do with a brief description of where to go first to get key from lockbox then enter car park. Otherwise great property.
