The property has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom with a fully equipped kitchen. There is an additional sofa bed in the living room making it easier for 4 people (including kids) to stay comfortably in the apartment.

The place offers free dedicated parking (if requested), an air conditioner in the living room and a fan in the bedroom.

There is a washer and dryer in the bathroom for your laundry needs.

Smart TV to watch Netflix, YouTube etc but you need to have your account to sign in.

Guest access
The guests can access the apartment using the key placed in the digital lock in the mailbox.
The code of the digital lock will be shared on the day of the booking.

Please let me know in advance if you would like to have access to the dedicated parking.
There is a call out fee of AUD 400 for the lost keys or the keys that are not returned to the mailbox.
It is a non smoking apartment and smoking would incur a fine of AUD 1k
