Gillade: Renlighet, bekvämligheter och boendets skick och faciliteter
We really enjoyed our stay at the Mercure, it was peaceful and quiet and so lovely walking around the Bankstown Sports Centre. The only negatives were one of the Indian guys at the reception was unfriendly as the first time we had parked our car underground we were not sure how the validation machine worked, and I had asked him if that is all I needed to do, and he did not say anything or help. All the rest of the staff at the reception and in the lobby were very helpful and professional. Also, the beds were really high, maybe they had put two mattresses on top of each other and it was not locked in, so it would move when slightly pushed, which was concerning for my pregnant wife and I was worried if she might slip or fall off the bed. Thankfully there was nothing to worry about and we had such an enjoyable time staying in Bankstown at the Mercure. So close to the train station and lots of yummy Vietnamese restaurants as well. I would definitely come back and stay here, hopefully the two minus points can be improved to make it a 5-star review the next time I visit Sydney.
