    Nestled among the trees on the water’s edge, this architect-designed waterfront home is the perfect place to slow down, reconnect and enjoy the beauty of Pittwater.

    Designed to bring the outdoors in, the home features floor-to-ceiling glass, expansive timber decks across two levels and breathtaking water views. Beautifully furnished with luxurious finishes throughout, it offers a peaceful and stylish retreat for couples, families or friends.

    The Home

    Spread over two spacious levels, there is plenty of room to relax and unwind.

    Upstairs, you’ll find three generously sized bedrooms and two modern bathrooms, offering comfort and privacy for everyone.

    Downstairs, the heart of the home is the expansive open-plan kitchen and living area. With large glass doors opening onto the surrounding decks, this is a wonderful space to gather, cook, entertain or simply sit back and watch the ever-changing Pittwater views.

    The lower level also includes a fourth bedroom and a spacious bathroom, making the home ideal for families or groups travelling together.

    Life by the Water

    Step outside and down to your own private sandy shoreline, where you can swim, fish, kayak or simply enjoy the peace and beauty of Pittwater.

    A kayak and SUP are provided, making it easy to get out on the water and explore the surrounding coastline. After a swim or paddle, rinse off in the outdoor shower while taking in the spectacular waterfront views.

Such an incredible place that has it all! It was perfect for a big family weekend away, with space for everyone and different areas to chill. Shelly’s communication was amazing and made us feel relaxed and excited. Would recommend to everyone wanting a nice, restful and peaceful place to go!

Shelly was very responsive and friendly with all her communication. The house was spacious, clean and very well equipped. The card and chocolates were a lovely welcome gesture. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would recommend this property.

Great Family Holiday

The perfect place to unwind and have fun with family. We loved the location and the house has perfect views. An added unexpected bonus was the kayaks that came with the house, allowing us to really see just how beautiful Pittwater really is.

Magical Oasis with Water views

This home is incredibly comfortable and functional. Bedrooms and ensuites are like a 5 star hotel, and the open kitchen & living areas are spacious while cozy, with a killer view of your personal beach on Pittwater. Suited a family visit from overseas - they were blown away by the lifestyle the home and surrounds delivered!!!

Tranquil Paradise

My family and I had the pleasure of staying five nights at this lovely waterfront escape in July. This well-appointed home is even more beautiful than the online pictures, and it has everything you need to make you feel at home for a perfect stay. The views from the master bedroom, deck, and living area are breathtaking, and we enjoyed waking up to the birds serenading us each morning.Shelly is a fantastic host who is extremely responsive, and her detailed guide book provides great suggestions for what to see and do in the area. We would definitely stay here again when we get back to the Northern Beaches, and we’ll recommend this home to our friends and family!

We really enjoyed our weekend. There was everything we needed, and more. Extremely clean, well appointed, comfortable beds, easy to relax and take in the views. Very steep block, so lots of stairs. Would recommend.

Great Stay

Had a lovely time at the property. Very easy to deal with and house was great for our Group and the view was amazing. Only issue is cars (especially if slightly lowered) will not be able to get into the driveway.

We had a lovely stay with our family in this stunning house. Lots of beautiful features in the house with multiple balconies across the bedrooms. Beware the access to the house with our large car was a little challenging as the driveway to the property is narrow.

Magnificent

This house is better than the photos, we had the most wonderful time. Every consideration has been made. It’s warm, comforting and the views are breath taking. We would love to come back, I honestly couldn’t fault this home. We stayed for our wedding weekend and it will always have a very special place in our hearts.

Wonderful secluded house with all the bells and whistles

My family and I stayed at this house over my wedding and it was wonderful. Enough space for everyone to sprawl and incredible views over the water. Only thing I will mention is driveway and pedestrian access is via quite a steep drive and staircase so just need to be aware for anyone with mobility issues. Beautiful house and everyone was very happy! Thank you hosts

Perfect house for a family reunion

Our family based in SW WA are used to wonderful houses with wonderful vistas. This house and its location accommodated all our requirements. The access was a novelty and even those in their 70s and 80s with hip issues enjoyed the steepness without complaint. And as a result everybody behaved well towards one another! Our one tip would be to include beach towels.

A beautiful home with amazing views

The house is beautiful with high quality furnishings. The view is spectacular. Shelly, the host was so attentive and nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend it especially in the summer. We stayed at the height of winter, and it was a little cold (most probably because we are from a tropical country) as it does not get direct sunlight due to the position of the house. But everything else about the house made up for it.
