The Space:
Set in an exclusive and quiet corner of North Bondi, our home is only a few minutes walk away from the North Bondi end of Bondi Beach.
You will be in awe as you step through the home and into the fully equipped kitchen that has been perfectly designed to embrace the ocean views from every vantage point. Finished in high end marble with Miele appliances throughout, the kitchen island/breakfast is set up with 4 stools, ideal for a morning coffee or evening drink while cooking.
The space flows serenely from the kitchen through the dining and living room onto the outdoor patio that is set up for relaxing and entertaining while looking out over the ocean. The space is filled with comfortable designer furniture and has a serene sense of calm through the scented candles placed throughout and there is also ducted Air Con.
We have an outdoor lounge and dining table set up as well as the jacuzzi and a fire pit for you to enjoy.
The two bedrooms, bathroom and full laundry are all set up at the rear of the property to make the most of the views from the living area. The main Queen bedroom has a sun room attached, while the second Double bedroom also has a desk to work from.
Parking is available on site in the driveway for up to 2 cars - please note there are no height restrictions for parking here.
This is a unique and spectacular property to enjoy all the wonders of Bondi and Sydney from.

You will be provided with access details within 3 days of arrival

The Neighborhood:
Bondi Beach is a world famous destination and our pocket in North Bondi is a locals favourite. The beach is around the corner where you will also find a handful of restaurants and cafes giving the area a special local feel.

Getting Around:
Bondi is only accessible via Buses for public transport and they run 24/7 to the City and other parts of Sydney

Other Things to Note:
Please note there is a construction site next door which while it shouldn't impact your stay there may be occasional noice from the site during your stay

We have a strict NO PARTY policy that will be enforced during your stay if breached. We also have high end finished throughout the apartment including Marble bench tops that any damage to will incur costs to rectify.
