“My friend and I picked this property because we went to a concert at Red Rocks and wanted a “neighborhood” to stay at that had access to parks and restaurants. We found the perfect place to stay! The unit was clean and had all the amenities we would need. The area was easy to navigate and close to Red Rocks. Our host kept up a nice flow of communication and entry (and exit) into (and out of) the property was super easy. I would like to think I will be back to Denver and would stay here again!”

“Perfect place to stay for 2 guests max, kitchen and living are nice. Footsteps along with dog can be heard from downstairs, but not bad. We didn’t have any communication with the host about check out instructions. I sent a message Saturday asking for instructions but didn’t receive a response, so we did what we thought needed to be done. Overall we enjoyed our experience, and would say here again. ”

“This stay was exactly as advertised, and everything was great. We stayed three nights and had walkable access to coffee in the morning, food, a drugstore, and friends nearby. Very comfortable beds, great space for relaxing, and Noah and Cici even left a little welcome basket for us. We did a decent amount of cooking, and it's worth noting that there is not a full oven/stove. The host has two double burner hot plates and a countertop toaster oven. If you're wanting to cook for more than 2-3...

“Absolutely loved our stay! My husband and I stayed with another couple and had plenty of space. The condo is well stocked but anything we were missing could be grabbed with a short walk to Walmart or target. Lots of bars,restaurants, and breweries close buy. Brian was very pleasant to work with and gave us a ton of great suggestions on near by places. Would definitely stay here again. ”
