“Overall my family and I had a pleasant stay”

“We had to leave aftre one night, found evidence of bedbugs including bedbug feces and a live bedbug.”

“we arrived at the house around 8 PM and as we entered the home, we noticed a lot of things that made us leave within an hour of being there and stay in a hotel instead. As you walked up the front steps, the cement on some of the steps was falling off and the handrail on the right side of the steps wasn’t even attached to the house making it wobbly and a major safety concern. The house was not clean - spiderwebs, a used plastic glove on a chair, stains on the blinds, garbage, food, and Animal...

“I do wonder if there is a chat bot that responds back for the host or AI written since i voiced my concerns and then got a message asking me to leave a 5 review, it made me think that my previous communications were irrelevent. The basement apartment was as described however I had great difficulty sleeping due to upstairs guests (I believe we had 3 separate guest groups during our stay). There is also road noise near the space from a highway. The washing machine was also not working for our stay...

“Good location was there for a wedding it was big enough for all of my family. Jeff was very good and made sure we had everything we needed”

“This is a wonderful spot for couples. This rental takes up the basement of a home in a very quiet neighborhood north of the Denver Tech Center. The unit was extremely clean and organized, with a lot of thoughtful touches that gave it a very cozy feel. The hot tub was wonderful, and extremely private. Would definitely stay here again. The hosts were incredibly easy to work with, and were very responsive to any questions that we had. ”
