“Facility was nice. DRIFTRS, the management company, is really bad. We were there for 4 days. Upon arrival we noticed no toilet paper and half the light bulbs burned out. The place was so dark I needed a flashlight to use the kitchen. We reported these issues immediately. They told us to use kitchen paper towels as toilet paper and did not respond to all the burned out light bulbs. We woke up every morning with the apartment hot and stuffy. “Everything is perfect the host very responsive ”

“My girlfriend and I were attending our Rice U alumni event. The condo was perfect for both of us. It was clean and had the amenities we needed. It was a little sparse on kitchen supplies, but it met our need.”

“Everything was really great except towels left in the dryer and one under the bed in the master room. Also, the third bedroom doesn't have a door, so my son was a bit bummed with not having full privacy.”
