The location is great with approximately 10 min tram ride to every part of the city center. Close to tram stop is a plus! The room was clean and bed was comfortable. "The rooms are in worse shape than in the pictures on the site. Holes in the walls, there was still garbage on the floor left by previous guest and we found a bug on the pillow. A plus for receiving a refund with the help of great staff at hotels.con, but I have not received any replies to my emails I sent the hostel manager (got the email address from the receptionist, who also offered us and another guest bug spray) nor the messages I sent through hotels.com app several days prior to my stay. Also, I forgot something in my room and wanted it back, did not receive a reply to that either.
As I want to be mindful and respectful, I will not post the pictures I took where for example other guests and employees are featured and I will delete them now that I received my refund. Pictures attached are instead of the mentioned wall and garbage. "

"Första gÄngen i Amsterdam och Radisson Àr alltid första alternativ för mig och min dotter som boende men jag blev vÀldigt besviken pÄ Radisson i Amsterdam. Första rum: mÀrke pÄ vÀg och golvet som gick inte bort, ventilation let som en flygplan och TV fungerade inte.
Andra rum: stor och kallt, gammal heltÀckningsmatta, ingen tvÄl nÀr jag stod och duchade och mycket damm och spindel nÀt. Orkade inte klaga en gÄng till och flytta till tredje rum. Fick extra tÀcken och de fyllde pÄ duschtvÄl. "
