For a group of 5 guys just staying a night before heading out fishing it was perfectly fine, but I wouldn't want to spend an extended stay here.As mentioned in previous comments, the walls are covered in hand prints, and overall the place just needs some repairs. Towel bars hanging off the walls, water damage, etc.There was also a group of young men hooting, yelling and swearing around 3am outside. This could have been a fluke but also could be neighbours.The most disappointing part is the one room is falsely advertised with two single beds. There is no room in the home with more than one bed. The room in the picture I attached from the listing does not exist. Three beds in total. One of our guests had to sleep on the couch.Air conditioning didn't work great either. It was HOT.Again, for a one night stay for a larger group the pricing beats several Motel rooms so it worked out good for us.

Not clean

The set up is fine, however there are a lot of steps to get to the bedrooms and garage. The bathrooms were dirty, rings around one tub, a pool of old water and hair in the other tub, hair and mold/dirt buildup in the shower. Fridge was dirty. Some Wall vents covered in dust and hair. Walls desperately need to be painted. Water damage, not sure if old or new. Was nice having a washer and dryer in unit. No bowels, had a handful of mixed silverware. Was overall disappointed at the condition considering the price we paid.

DO NOT STAY

do not stay at this vrbo listing it is not as advertised, when we tried to check in the place was absolutely filthy with ash and uncleaned sheets. dirt and filth all over the walls. the listing lists 4 beds but only actually has 3, terrible smells. furthermore none of the smoke detectors were plugged in or operational and host was not responsive, our group could stay here due to the poor conditions this place is not as advertised PLEASE AVOID. we are trying to get our money back as we had to book a hotel and couldn't stay here.
