“Under construction,,,lots of noise, Pool was green and the breakfast was muffins and old fruit. Staff was not very friendly and the rooms were lacking supplies. Will not stay there again. I would like some compensation for the pool and breakfast that were not what we expected. It was 80* degrees and we wanted to swim ,”

“Easy check in, rooms were immaculate with comfortable, clean beds, shower had great water pressure. We used this as a stop going and coming during our trip to the Gulf shores and would highly recommend. ”

“breakfast menu was a joke! it was terrible, stayed for a week with family, the breakfast menu was the same for all days, they had placed a pancake maker as a showpiece not working, for some days, many of the breakfast spreads were running empty. It was a very very poor setup from a breakfast perspective, otherwise rest were good. ”

“This hotel has seen better days and that is the only reason I don't give it 5 stars, because any physical shortcomings were made up for by the extremely polite and helpful staff!! The surrounding area was great too, lots of shopping and dining options and beautiful safe streets.”

“Old, smelled like greasy fried food. Doors at entrance did not open automatically which made it difficult to use the little luggage racks. Tall racks would improve moving luggage. ”

“Horrible stay.... Arrived on a night it was 40 degrees and the heat didn't work in the room. There also weren't any curtains in the room. When i called to notify the front desk I was told they were completely booked so they couldnt change my room and no one was there to fix the heat. I asked for a refund and was told to speak with management the following morning. Being i was there for basketball tournament weekend I decided to tough out the night. “The area was decent, the staff unavailable after a certain time at night if any emergency no one to contact , bugs in the room we were in, no ice machine in the building, this may sound like not a big deal but one mirror in the bathroom.not very clean at all . Some good things stovetop a whole refrigerator and laundry room, so I guess before you make a choice on your hotel stay figure out what is important to you.”
