“The room was very clean, and housekeeping serviced it every day. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, my room overlooked another building, separated only by a narrow pedestrian street, so I had to keep the curtains closed most of the time for privacy. “My friend accidentally left his small bag in the entryway and it was retrieved by housekeeping and turned in at the desk. It saved us a lot of distress and time in trying to track it down and replace items. Thank goodness for their professionalism!”

“I’ve never stayed at a best Western b4 the room itself was okay I was a little surprised that when I walked into the building the condition of the carpet for the amount of money being charged—the carpet was old stained and dirty. “Not the cleanest place. Cabinets and kitchen area could have used some help. No pots or pans in the rooms with kitchen. Shower had some body hairs in it. Woke up with some minor bites, and cannot say for sure bed bugs, but wouldn't be surprised if that is what it was”

“Had limited service from the staff. Limited amenities. A fight broke out in the lobby area during my stay and cops and ambulance were called”

“The hotel was conveeniently located just off Interstate 65. The room was very clean. It had a kitchen with a stove, microwave and fullsized refrigerator with an ice maker. Check in and check out were quick and efficient. I would definitely stay there again.”

“Staff was courteous . Physical building needs updating and maintenance.Our room didn’t have the toilet rod to hold the toilet paper. We asked for one and was told maintenance would remedy it the next day. Went all weekend with the toilet paper on the counter. Walking down the hall the picture that covers the utilities was hanging open unable to close. Overall this hotel is tired and needs a make over and attention. It is in a convenient location but I doubt I’ll be staying there again.”
