“The apartments was comfortable and larger than expected. It had basic facilities including a kettle and coffee. The block has no foyer and the reception area was tiny and functional, more what you would expect with an apartment block them with a hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful Though not always on site. When I came back to collect my case it was unsupervised and I was unable to find any staff numbers.”

“Great location. Lots of space and well set out so great for large groups. Considering the apartment was supposed to sleep 11, it was disappointing that there were only 7 forks...Kitchen equipment was limited so if you're planning to cook for the group, think about what you might need and can easily bring. Best hotel ever!

"We arrived at 12.00, and our check in was at 15.00. Our plan was to ask if we could leave our bags and check in earlier. Before we even asked about the check in, the receptionist already offered to check us in directly. It was amazing and this made our whole experience wonderful. The room was very clean, bathroom was big, bed was so soft and fluffy. We could also easily cast from the phone to the TV. The location was perfect. It was very central and right around a lot of bars and restaurants, but you couldn’t hear anything from outside if you were in the room. Overall we really loved the Resident. And we are definitely coming back!"

"Det var en väldigt fin vistelse. Hotellet ligger nära allt, speciellt centrala liverpool, det är också nära till tågstation och bussar som kan ta dig runt staden. Rummet i sig var fräsch, stor och var perfekt storlek för två personer. Det som var mindre bra var att vi bodde på bottenvåning vilket innebär att vi inte hade fönster, och att det kunde lukta lite instängd efter att man hade lämnat rummet i några timmar. Personalen var trevliga, hjälpsamma. "

"Fint hotell med fantastisk utsikt. Varsamt renoverat till full modern standard med god komfort. Lugnt och fint. Serviceinriktad personal. Vi uppskattade att det fanns möjlighet att förvara väskorna på hotellet innan incheckningen. "

Nice and old

"The photel is a old office or parliamentarian building, so it's kinda weird to walk the hallways to your room. When you step in to the hotel, you will probably be amazed, since the first impression of this place is, impressive. It's a really nice ground floor/atrium with a nice (?) restaurant. I had problems getting a good connection though to the web. However, a member of the staff helped me get online."

Not family friendly

"I went here with my two kids and the main reason I chose this hotel was the swimming pool and spa area. However it was a big disappointment that children were only allowed certain times and even during their time they were only allowed in a small part of the facility (not allowed in the hot tub nor the saunas). It could have been information about this during the booking process! The room was fresh and clean but no fridge in the room and no ice available. Except for that the hotel is fine with acceptable walking distance to the city centre and Royal Albert Dock."
