“Extremely poor standard of the room. Room was dirty and not properly cleaned upon arrival nor during the days we stayed there. Poor service from the staff. Spiders and animals in the room. Holes in the furniture. Overall my worst experience from any hotel so we decided to check out early and find a new place to stay. Not worth the money you are paying. “The rooms were clean and beautiful, the design was very Zen and comfortable, everything we needed was there and the staff were ready to help at a moments notice, the food was incredible, with so many options, and service so fast, the beach and sand was awesome although we were there in the seaweed season, the heated plunge pool in our balcony was wonderful, and the location was perfect”

Servicen riktigt dålig. T ex så lägger de på egen dricks efter att man signerat. Maten undermålig. Att man betalar hutlösa priser som om det vore ett lyxhotell känns riktigt illa. “Very nice hotel, it merges nicely with the nature. Positive notes Temazcal, Spa, cleanliness and 1 guy (and only one) at the reception who is doing his best to help guests. Negative notes The jacuzzis do not have hot water and the lighting does not work. The jacuzzi is supposed to be private and exclusive to the room, every night we found other couples using our terrace and sunbeds. “We did not take anything from our bar but got accused (by Adriana) of having taken bottled water when checking out which we really did not appreciate. Also we got a room in the annex building which we did not understand we would get when booking the room. It was across the street away from the beach with no view at all. We had to pay to change room”
