We designed the space for your comfort and tried to include everything you’ll need, be it a wine opener or extra towels.

GUEST ACCESS
The house is located in a quiet neighborhood called Villas Tulum. It’s safe, close to everything, easy to get around, with a beautiful mix of locals, visitors, and expats.
There are convenience stores, laundry, Starbucks, and outdoor Burger King, a hospital, and plenty of other things in just a short walk.

This house is clean, safe, and comfortable. We would love to welcome you. If you’re looking for a great value in a cool neighborhood, you’ll be very happy here. This is not a condo development or beach hotel and is priced accordingly. Although we love our little piece of paradise, it is best suited for laid back travelers who want a local vibe.

Great for families, couples, explorers, or anyone who wants to experience the good life in Tulum.

It’s much quieter than downtown Tulum, but just as close to everything. Very safe and pretty area. Easily get to all Tulum has to offer!


NEIGHBORHOOD DESCRIPTION
Villas Tulum in a nice, safe neighborhood located before downtown. It is a great location to get to all parts of Tulum. The area still has a wonderful local vibe many local residents live there, in additional to international travelers and expats. It is considered a quiet neighborhood for those who live in Tulum. After a busy day or night, it is quite nice to come home and relax.

GETTING AROUND
One of the best things about this space is how easily you can bike to everything.
Taxis are also great for getting around, especially if you plan to hit happy hour. You can usually see one right in the neighborhood, or easily within a couple minutes walk. There are local car rentals available, as well as scooters. We even have electric bikes in Tulum now.
You can easily walk to the grocery store, Burger King, Starbucks, taco stands, local deli, laundry, and much more. The ruins and beach are very nearby, within 1-2 miles.
The beach is an easy bike ride from the house. There’s a nice paved path that you follow directly there.
The closest bus station (ADO) is located downtown, just a few miles away.
